Carob moth lure (Ectomyelois (=Spectrobates) ceratoniae)
Carob moth are a major pest of Almonds. Up to four generations can develop from Sept-April with a peak in early summer. Place lures with traps in mid-height of canopy at a rate of 1 every 1-5 ha depending on size of block and replace every 8 weeks during moth activity.
